Acceptance
Jewell Made is an independent software company. By installing or using a Jewell Made app or extension ("the software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software. The product sections below add terms specific to each product; the remaining sections apply to all of them.
SharedSave (web app and AI connector)
Informational service
SharedSave is a planning and comparison tool. Product prices, coupon status, availability, store data, and recommendation outputs should be reviewed in the retailer experience before checkout.
Third-party retailer data
SharedSave may use user-authorized browser sessions, cached retailer pages, and third-party data sources. Fry's, Kroger, product availability, coupon terms, prices, and loyalty offers may change without notice. SharedSave is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fry's or Kroger.
AI recommendations and the AI connector
SharedSave offers an optional connector that links your own AI assistant (for example, Anthropic's Claude) to your account to enrich search terms, product matches, and nutrition evidence. The connection is opt-in and you can disconnect at any time. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect, so you remain responsible for verifying sizes, quantities, coupon eligibility, and final prices.
Nutrition guidance
SharedSave food health scores are general grocery nutrition guidance, not medical advice. Nutrition facts, ingredients, product availability, and scoring confidence may be incomplete or approximate, and you remain responsible for decisions based on your own dietary needs.
Advertisement Ends Here! (browser extension)
What the extension does
Advertisement Ends Here! blocks advertising and tracking requests, tidies the space blocked ads leave behind, and records a local log of tracking activity. Blocking inherently changes how websites load; some sites may look or behave differently with protection on. You can disable protection per-site or entirely at any time.
Evidence reports are informational
The evidence log and reports are produced by automated observation and are provided for your information. They are not legal advice, and no guarantee is made that they are complete or suitable for any particular legal or regulatory purpose.
Paid plans and refunds (planned)
If and when paid plans launch, purchases will be handled by a third-party payment processor under its own terms, and a refund policy (at least 30 days, no questions asked) will be published here before any sale is made.
Acceptable use
Use any Jewell Made software only in ways that comply with applicable law and with the terms of the browsers, platforms, and stores through which it is distributed. Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse shared accounts, interfere with service operations, scrape data outside the intended user-authorized workflow, or use the software for unlawful or abusive activity.
No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Jewell Made does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, that prices, coupons, availability, or health scores shown are accurate or current, or that the ad blocker will block every advertisement or tracker.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jewell Made shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the software.
Changes
These terms may be updated; material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
